I don't have a jar right now. Try looking for the Jet

Puffed brand, not sure if the Kraft has gelatin but I

know I have used one of them recently and they were

safe.

Open up o world and let me in,

then there’ll be a new life to begin

I have dreamt of an open world,

Borderless and wide

Where the people move from place to place

And nobody’s taking sides

The ever popular Fluff, of fluffernutter fame,

does not contain gelatin. According to the FAQ on:

http://www.marshmallowfluff.com/pages/homepage.html

it is made from:

" Corn syrup, sugar syrup, vanilla flavor, and egg white. There are no

artificial preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers, or colorings in

Marshmallow Fluff. "

And, if you want a vegan alternative,

there is Ricemellow Creme:

http://www.veganessentials.com/catalog/ricemellow-marshmallow-crme.htm

It is made from:

" Brown rice syrup, soy protein, natural vegan gums and flavors "

I actually found some of this in my local Hannaford's.

I've only tried it in hot cocoa so far, so I'm not sure

how it holds up to rice crispy treats and fudge, but I

do plan on it.

Also on that veganessentials page are other

vegan marshmallow offerings.

Enjoy,

-Erin
