Guest guest
No! I'm very careful cleaning up when I work with raw eggs while baking. There's even a warning inside the egg carton. I believe eating raw eggs could be very dangerous. Donna --- TendrMoon wrote: > > I have a question for the group. For those of you > who eat eggs, would you > eat them uncooked? Guest guest
You are right, raw eggs can be dangerous. In Africa if I purchase eggs from a relianle supermarket, then no problem. In Angola where I am based, I do not risk it. The best way is never to break the egg directly into your bowl, rather have a clean saucer or cup on the side, break the egg into that. Then you can check teh egg before adding it to the mixing bowl or frying pan. Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail beta.
