Guest guest Posted November 24, 2006 Report Share Posted November 24, 2006 Garlic Snap Peas Heat: 1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil. Stir in: 1 large clove minced garlic. Add: 1 1/2 cups sugar snap peas. Cook and stir 2 to 4 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with: 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and serve over rice, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
