I added two additional tablespoons of cottage cheese and two additional tablespoons of parmesean cheese. I then pureed the mixture in the blender until smoothe. The taste is good and the color is a nice pale green. I am letting the flavors blend in the fridge for a few hours and then will try it as a dip/sandwich spread.
