Guest guest Posted November 22, 2006 Report Share Posted November 22, 2006 Pumpkin Mousse 1 cup pumpkin puree (from canned pumpkin or fresh) 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2 cups whipped cream (from fresh or frozen) 1/2 c crystallized ginger, chopped Mix spices and sugar into pumpkin, then gently fold in whipped cream.
