Guest guest Posted November 21, 2006 Report Share Posted November 21, 2006 1 package frozen peas, thawed 1 ripoe avocado, peeled and pitted 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/3 cup store bought medium hot salsa 3 tbsp fresh lime juice 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped 1/2 tsp salt in food processor, with knife blade attached, pulse peas until almost smooth; set aside. in a medium bowl, with fork, mash avocado; stir until evenly mixed. cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.
