Guest guest Posted November 21, 2006 Report Share Posted November 21, 2006 1 1/2 cups watercress leaves 1 1/2 cups torn arugula 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup fiddlehead ferns 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp olive oil 1/4 tsp grated orange rind in a large bowl, combine the watercress, arugula, strawberries, onions, and ferns. sprinkle with the vinegar, oil and orange rinds. toss to combine.
