Guest guest Posted November 21, 2006 Report Share Posted November 21, 2006 Creamy Brussel Sprouts with Broccoli 2 cups brussels sprouts 2 cups broccoli floweretts 3 green onion stems 1/3 cup butter melted 1/3 cup cream cheese melted salt and pepper to taste Steam and quarter brussels sprouts, steam broccoli. Chop green onion stems and mix all ingrediants together. Serve warm and steaming. Note: Include chopped garlic, onions, green beans, and spinach. Any green veggie works well in the sauce.
