Ok, No worries, Thia ;)

 

We're heading into the crazy shopping season, but I notice that even

Amazon.com is selling Blue Diamond almond milk for not too much, and

Azure standard and Walton feed have raw almonds and cashews in bulk.

 

So I'll have to give it a try sometime soon. This is kinda neat. I

don't think I've really had any cashews since I was a kid. And I

understand the nuts are good additions to the soy milk I've been

making anyway.

Blue Diamond is very very sweet, and I find Pacific brand to taste much

better. But I will say that Blue Diamond is closer to " cow milk " ...so maybe

that's what I don't like about it. Original Pacific tastes almond-y.

yummy. But, the " Vanilla " Pacific is rather oddly flavored with ginger--

not sure why they do that.
