Guest guest Posted November 19, 2006 Report Share Posted November 19, 2006 STRAWBERRY MANGO SMOOTHIE Serves 4 1 cup strawberries, stems removed 1 medium mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 1 cup) 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place strawberries and mango on prepared sheet in a single layer. Place baking sheet in freezer until fruit is frozen, about 2 hours. Place orange juice, strawberries, and mango in blender.
