Warm Ginger Glazed Fruit

1 1/2 cups total fruit: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries

(or whatever fruit you choose)

1 tablespoon diced fresh ginger

1/4 cup orange juice

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 tablespoon corn starch

Add ginger, use ground if fresh is not available, orange juice, sugar and

water and bring to a boil.

Mix cornstarch with cold water (1 teaspoon) and stir into boiling water mixture.

Bring back to a boil. Toss with fruit. Serve fruit alone or over a flavorful ice

or ice cream.

Serves 3.
