Guest guest Posted November 19, 2006 Report Share Posted November 19, 2006 Warm Ginger Glazed Fruit 1 1/2 cups total fruit: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries (or whatever fruit you choose) 1 tablespoon diced fresh ginger 1/4 cup orange juice 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon orange zest 1 tablespoon corn starch Add ginger, use ground if fresh is not available, orange juice, sugar and water and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with cold water (1 teaspoon) and stir into boiling water mixture. Bring back to a boil. Toss with fruit. Serve fruit alone or over a flavorful ice or ice cream. Serves 3.
