Cabbage Casserole/ Very very sorry

I let this one slip through my fingers. I had only sent it to 2

groups and this wasnt supposed to be the group. It was going to my

casserole group and another one that is for recipes with veggies in

them. It didnt occur to me that it went to this group until I was

checking for another recipe and realized that there was a response

to one i posted.

This recipe is excellent. I make it all the time, only I substitute Boca

crumbles for the ground chuck. I also add in about a cup of uncooked rice and

one green pepper. Everyone who has ever tried it has begged for more. LOL
