Guest guest Posted November 18, 2006 Report Share Posted November 18, 2006 Thai Red Pepper Noodle Cake 1/2 package Thai style rice vermicelli 2 roasted red bell peppers, pureed 1 pinch salt 1 pinch freshly-ground black pepper 1 tablespoon sesame oil Cook vermicelli according to package directions. Drain and cool. Mix in roasted red pepper, salt, pepper and sesame oil until noodles are well coated. Heat oiled pan and press noodles in evenly to fill pan. Brown on one side, flip over and brown on the other side. Place in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and serve. Makes 4 servings.
