Here are my ideas of some neat ingredients for the ravioli sauce---I would think a sauce with some things like olive oil, chopped onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper, canned diced tomatoes with juice, lemon juice, grated ginger, cumin, curry powder, coriander, chili powder, raisins, and then chopped fresh cilantro on top would be good!
