Guest guest Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 large onion, chopped 1 tbs olive oil 8 cloves garlic, chopped 2 large zucchini, scrubbed and cut up into chunks 1 28oz can of Italian Tomatoes, cut pieces 1 28oz can chunky crushed tomatoes 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp dried basil salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes saute onions in olive oil for about 5 minutes, add garlic and saute an additional minute, add zucchini and continue cooking for about 5 more miutes add tomatoes, add sugar,basil, salt, pepper, sugar, red pepper flakes. cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes. serve over pasta Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
