Guest guest Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 @@@@@ Silky Nutty Vegan Fudge 1 cup baking cocoa 1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut 1/2 cup almond butter 1 1/2cups Silk Nog (soy egg nog) 3/4 cup brown rice syrup 2 Tablespoons vanilla 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon white stevia Boil over heat for at least three minutes, stirring constantly. Add: 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon white stevia Pour into something like a 10 inch pie plate and freeze for a half hour. Take out and cut into pieces and freeze for several hours or overnight. It is perfectly cold when eaten, but if you only refrigerate, you will have to use a fork to eat it and then maybe you could heat it and top soy ice cream with it. I can promise you that, unless your holiday guests are allergic to nuts or coconut, they will love you.
