Butter Cookie

 

1 c. butter

1 c. sugar

1 egg

1 tsp. baking powder

2 tbsp. orange juice

1 tsp. vanilla

2 1/2 c. flour

 

Mix first 6 ingredients until fluffy with electric

mixer. Stir in flour by hand until well mixed. On

floured surface, roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut with

floured cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie

pan. Bake 6-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
