Guest guest Posted November 15, 2006 Report Share Posted November 15, 2006 Herb Roasted Potatoes 1/3 c. grey poupon dijon mustard' 2 Tbs. olveoil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning 6 med. red-skinned potatoes, cut into chunks 1- Mix all ingredients except potatoes in a small bowl.
