Guest guest
Hun, I have the same issue as you. And for *years* (way too many of them) did the same as you. Tolerate, take an antihistamine, and *lots* of water to flush it all down and through my system. Ugh. I have no advice on getting off the stuff, other than " cold turkey " . pardon the expression. There are subs out there, but I have not tried most of them. The best I can tell you, is that once you do get away from all dairy, and then try some months later--- you will be surprised at how horrible it tastes!! At least I am. I once adored yogurt, and cheddar, etc! These were daily staples! But now.....I find it all horrid!! Sour nasty stuff! And, you will be pleasantly surprised at how good it feels to be symptom free, when you don't put that stuff into your body!! Good luck to you.
