Hi Beth, we file tried and true recipes, if you send

these from a web site you can include the link at the

bottom, this way members can go visit and they might

even find other recipes that might interest them.

What you did is fine also. Recipes posted on the web

hardly stay private. These do look yummy.

Sometimes if I try a recipe from our files I will post

a review and repost it for our group, if I pass it to

another vegetarian group I will mention the member's

name and this group and give a review so others can

try it. That's the good thing about our files, you

can count on a good tried a true recipe.
