(1/4 inch) 2 large Potatoes, thickly sliced (1/4 inch) 1 large onion thinly sliced. 1/2 pint stock. Salt & pepper to taste. 1/4 cup of melted butter/marg. Layer the leeks with the onion & potatoes with seasoning in a cake tin. Pour in the stock and cover with tin foil. Bake in a medium oven for 40 mins and then remove the foil. Paint with butter or margerine. Return to the oven for 10 mins until golden, and serve.
