wow you make your own puff pastry? I'm so impressed. Never made any Napolions

either. thanks for the recipe.

Leek Pie. Drats, now I have thought of leek pie and I bet I end up making one

for turkeyless day. Here's a link to one that is almost ingredient for

ingredient like mine. I don't use mustard in mine, though. I have some puff

pastry in the freezer. (Hey, if I go through the bother to make Napoleons for

the g kids, I make extra puff pastry for later emergencies.) If you don't feel

like making puff pastry, Pepperidge Farm has it in the frozen foods section in

the grocery store. Jeanne in GA now going to cat nap.

Naaa, don't be impressed. It is all technique and easy to do if you are patient

and willing to keep putting it in the fridge, pulling out and rolling, fridge,

turn, roll, etc. Remind me to post the easy recipe for strawberry napoleons.

Gorgeous on the table, always sells at bake sales. Stinker to cut for serving

unless you use an electric knife.
