If you don't feel like making puff pastry, Pepperidge Farm has it in the frozen foods section in the grocery store. It is all technique and easy to do if you are patient and willing to keep putting it in the fridge, pulling out and rolling, fridge, turn, roll, etc. Remind me to post the easy recipe for strawberry napoleons.
