Guest guest
Well I call it a block, because when you buy it, it comes in a vacumn sealed bag and feels solid. It is about 4 " block size - 16 oz. As soon as you cut the Package open, it becomes loose reg. size fine yeast granuales that you dissolve in warm water. It is the Instant Fleishman's Yeast. I buy a block of it at Sam's Club. Ok, does it just dissolve in the warm water? Or do you have to pulverize it somehow? AmyF
