Guest guest Posted November 13, 2006 Report Share Posted November 13, 2006 Not to worry. Once the vacuum packed bag is opened the granules of yeast are not packed any longer. Sam's club sells it two bags at a time and this lasts me for a year. (But I bake almost daily and give to the soup kitchen.)
