This is not something I learned as a child as I didn't bake bread until after I was married. Guest guest Posted November 13, 2006 Report Share Posted November 13, 2006 Yes, we have yeast in my usual grocery but one would have a difficult time finding it...it is in a differend case from all the milk/butter/yoghurt/etc case and it certainly doesn't stand out. That is to say it is at the end of an aisle perpendicular to where the " eggs' are. Then they had the audacity to move it to the other end of the dairy case perpendicular to where it was.
