Dijon style mustard 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed 1 1/2 tbls. capers (drained, mashed and chopped) Mix all together, adjust taste and chill for several hours and serve. --Fresh Vegetable Dippers:-- Halved baby carrots Mushrooms Pea pods Broccoli flowerets Jicama strips Cauliflowettes Celery Cherry tomatoes and chips are good with this too. ______________________________\ ____ Want to start your own business?
