It is: Strawberry Fruit Chew 1cup cut up strawberries (fresh ones) 2Tsp honey Heat oven to 140* Line Jelly roll pan with plastic wrap Put ingredients in blender on high for 10 seconds or till smooth Pour mixture into center of jelly roll pan Spread evenly Bake with oven door slighty open for about 3 hours or untill its dry. Cool in pan then roll in plastic wrap to store (dont put in fridge) My question is, wouldn't the plastic wrap melt? Best thing is, I have an excuse to go to Kitchen Port. The jelly roll pan, plus my brother needs kitchen imlplements (the man needs SPATULAS for cryin' out loud. He is single and 46, and doesn't have a spatula. This man needs help.
