Mark Grilled Old Farts Spicy Baked Beans 1 16 ounces can pinto beans, drained 1 16 ounces can black beans, reserve 4 oz. liquid 1 large onion, minced fine 1/2 cup barbecue sauce cooking oil spray as needed 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper 1 tablespoon ground ancho pepper 1 teaspoon cumin powder 2 tablespoons hot sauce 1 dash kosher salt Prepare grill for direct cooking method. Or use your smoker if doing something else in it at the same time. In a small bowl combine beans, reserved liquid, onion, barbecue sauce, hot sauce and spices. Spray a shallow two quart disposable aluminum pan with cooking oil spray. Pour bean mixture into the aluminum pan and place onto grill rack. Cover.
