Guest guest Posted November 10, 2006 Report Share Posted November 10, 2006 Roasted Coconut Chutney Ingredients coconut meat - 1 dry coconut garlic - 2 cloves 1/2 tsp salt cilantro - 1/4 cup lime juice - 2 tbsp Directions Roast the coconut meat over a low flame until golden brown and smells toasted. Peel off the hard brown outer coating, then grate finely in a food processor. Finely crush the garlic with the salt until paste is formed.
