Guest guest Posted November 6, 2006 Report Share Posted November 6, 2006 Corn Chowder Ingredients 2 tsp Oregano 1 large potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 tsp Onion Powder (or 1 minced onion) 2 cups vegetable broth Kernels from 4 medium ears of fresh corn, or the equivalent in frozen corn (1 bag) 1/2 cups soy milk Salt and pepper DIRECTIONS 1. Combine veggie broth, cubed potatoes,oregano and bring to a boil. 2.Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 3.Stir in corn, soy milk into the broth.
