Guest guest Posted November 6, 2006 Report Share Posted November 6, 2006 I grew up with these! Easy to make and depending on the heat and length of cook time - you can make then chewy or crispy! Puffed Wheat Squares 1/2 cup of syrup (Kyro - light or dark depending on the flavor you want) 1 Cup of brown sugar 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla 8 Cups of puffed wheat 1. Grease pan. (depending on the thickness you want - pick a square or rectangle pan) 2.Mix syrup, sugar, cocoa together in a medium sauce pan in medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes. 3. Add Vanilla and stir.
