Guest guest Posted November 5, 2006 Report Share Posted November 5, 2006 Sprinach Artichoke Dip - Olive Garden 1 CUP Water 1 Cup Spinach (I doubled the spinach) 1 Can of Artichoke hearts (quartered/chopped) 1 Cup grated parmesan cheese 2 8oz cream cheese 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes ½ salt ¼ garlic powder Serve with bread, toast, crackers, chips. 1.Boil spinach and artichoke hearts in 2 cups of water in small saucepan over medium heat until tender. (about 10 minutes) 2.Drain. 3.Heat cream cheese in a small bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Add spinach and artichoke hearts to cream cheese.
