Guest guest
PASTA WITH GARLIC AND BROCCOLI --------------------------- 1 pound any short pasta (bowties, elbows, penne, etc...) cooked and drained 1 pound broccoli (trimmed and cut into flowerettes) 1 1/2 cup olive oil 1 HUGE head of garlic (14-16 cloves) 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Blanch your broccali (I blanch mine during the last couple of minutes the pasta is cooking). Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli, garlic, red pepper, salt and black pepper. Saute about 1-2 minutes to let flavors absorb into the oil and mingle. Toss with pasta and serve. ARE YOU READY FOR THE HOLIDAYS recipes_galore2007-holidays Recipes_Galore2007 Check them out
