Yogurt Salad With Grapes And Smoked Cumin Raita Servings: 6 2 cups plain yogurt, low fat or fat-free 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons sliced scallions, white and green part 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 1 teaspoon minced mint 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds, whole or ground 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 1/2 cup peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped with skin and seeded 1 cup sliced seedless grapes or chopped fruit such as pineapple, banana, mango or kiwi or their combination In a bowl combine yogurt with lemon juice, scallion, cilantro, mint, cumin and salt. Fold in the cucumber, tomatoes and fruit. Combine all the ingredients and serve or cover and refrigerate until needed. ______________________________\ ____ Cheap Talk?
