Guest guest Posted November 2, 2006 Report Share Posted November 2, 2006 Indian-Spiced Edamame 2 pounds fresh or frozen edamame 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon pickle masala or pure chile powder sea salt and freshly ground pepper In a large steamer basket, steam the edamame, covered, until the beans are tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer the edamame to a large bowl and toss with the olive oil and pickle masala. Season with salt and pepper.
