Guest guest
Gayle, Usually but not always, high BP is caused by pitta, one of 3 Ayurvedic doshas or a combination. High BP can be caused by vata. This usually is caused by stress. It can be caused by Kapha. This would be USUALLY caused by overweight. In this case spicy foods would work well. I am not there to diagnose anyone. I have never seen any of you personally. It takes 1 to 2 hours to diagnose someone for an initial interview. These are just generalities.Ayurveda works on the individual. GB , glpveg4life wrote: > > My husband has high blood pressure he doesn't like spicy foods.
