Usually but not always, high BP is caused by pitta, one of 3

Ayurvedic doshas or a combination. High BP can be caused by vata.

This usually is caused by stress. It can be caused by Kapha. This

would be USUALLY caused by overweight. In this case spicy foods

would work well. I am not there to diagnose anyone. I have never

seen any of you personally. It takes 1 to 2 hours to diagnose

someone for an initial interview. These are just

generalities.Ayurveda works on the individual.
