Chupa @@@@@ Graham Cracker Crust - Diabetic Recipe 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Combine graham wafer crumbs, butter, spices. Press into a 9-inch pie plate or 8-inch square cake pan or 9-inch spring form pan. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before filling. If desired, reserve 2 tablespoon of the crumb mixture to sprinkle on top of the filling. Makes 8 servings. Nutrition Information Per Serving: 1/8 pie excluding filling; Calories 77, fat 1 g, cholesterol 58 mg, carbohydrate 7 g. Food Exchanges: 1/2 Starch Choice.
