Gingerbread Pancakes/ problem Jenn

The Pumpkin pie spice sounds really good.. Now I can do these

tomorrow night.. Tiny was soo looking forward to Pancakes with

something other than cinnamon..

Add a pinch of nutmeg if you have it or even allspice

along with the pumpkin pie spice. I'm good at using

subs since I bake so many sweet breads and cookies.

The pumpkin pie spice will workout and then next time try them with

ginger.

I liked them so much I'm going to make them for dinner again this

week.
