Guest guest Posted October 29, 2006 Report Share Posted October 29, 2006 Cajun Mayonnaise For Artichokes 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 2 pinches cayenne pepper or more to taste 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
