Guest guest Posted October 28, 2006 Report Share Posted October 28, 2006 Parsley Tofu Dressing 16 ozs. soft or silken tofu 1 cup minced onion 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley sprigs 3 tbsps. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. salt or tamari to taste 1/4 cup water 3 tbsps. olive oil Combine everything and blend in a blender until smooth.
