Guest guest Posted October 26, 2006 Report Share Posted October 26, 2006 @@@@@ Mustard-Turnip Blend with Pearl Onions 2 Tablespoons extra light olive oil 2 Tablespoons butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 12 pearl onions, cut in half 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 3/4 teaspoon oregano, dried 3/4 teaspoon basil, dried 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, dried 3/4 cup low salt chicken broth 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar 1 bag (1 pound) Green Giant® Fresh Mustard & Turnip Greens 1. In a large skillet, heat oil and butter on medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until soft. Add spices and stir. Set aside. 2. In Dutch oven, bring broth and vinegar to boil over medium-high heat. Add Mustard & Turnip Blend, reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain if necessary. 3. Right now, the only way I can eat it is if I juice it with carrots and apples.
