Guest guest
Here's my recipe..if you want to call it that for almost real Shephards pie. 1 pkg. Yves The Good Ground(veggie style hamb)or Morningstar crumbles 1 can Veg All(diced potatoes, carrots, gr. beans)drained 1/2 -3/4 can Vegetarian Broth mashed potatoes for topping In a square or small rectangle pan start by layering your ground veggie meat first, then add your drained veggies on top spread evenly, add 1/2 to 3/4 can of your broth, top with mashed potatoes.Bake at 350'/375' covered w/ foil for about 45 mins or until it looks done. You can add your own seasonings to taste either after it's cooked or during prep. I usually add pepper, and granulated garlic, and a dash of salt if you want. I like to cook my mashed potatoes homemade, not from a box, but it depends on what you like and how much time you have to prep. You could probably also use fresh veggies or fresh frozen veggies too... You can also top w/ a little shredded cheese of your choice. I just made this the other day and looked through the recipe pages and didn't see a recipe like the real thing, so here it is! ENJOY!
