What is the best way to freeze the applesauce-raisin muffins I made

this morning? Just throw them in a freezer storage bag or wrap first

in aluminum foil? And should I try to squeeze out as much air as

possible? (Don't want that nasty freezer burn.)

Thanks!

I place them into a gallon sized freezer bag and I don't wrap each

one. They freeze perfectly.

I just throw them in a plastic bag, seal it with a twist tie and that's it.

They're never in there long enough to get freezer burn.

Talking about muffins, my daughter has been raving about something called

Vita Muffins (low fat, high fiber, vitamin enriched) which come frozen. I

checked them out....six 4 oz. muffins for $6.00. Not in this lifetime. I make

a

dozen huge muffins at a time and I'll bet they don't cost more than $4.00 and

the only thing that makes them cost that much is the walnuts.
