Here's the link to the grains folder and you will see

a quinoa folder inside. Quinoa has a natural bitter

coating to repel insects and bugs. I don't know that

this ancient godsend grain goes bad. Look in the

salad folder too, I believe there are a few quinoa

salad recipes, I also toss it into soups. You need to

rinse it well before cooking. Now if you rinse and

let it dry in the mesh strainer you can roast it in a

hot dry skillet before cooking and it will take on a

roasted nutty flavor.

Can you tell I love quinoa?
