Guest guest Posted October 24, 2006 Report Share Posted October 24, 2006 This is a tasty and different stuffing that is Vegetarian but not Vegan Corn Stuffing 1 15 1/4 oz. can whole kernal corn -drained 2 eggs -slightly beaten 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon sage-optional 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic-optional two reg.size slices of whole wheat or multi-grain bread -toasted and cubed into small pieces. 1 cup shreaded cheese..I used the 'Mexican Mix' Melts great and has a good flavor.
