Spinach Bread Yeasted ?

I like the idea of putting the spinach & cheese in the yeasted bread

jelly-roll style. In fact it would also make great dinner rolls if

you cut the dough in slices.

I usually use honey when I make bread, but I could use maple syrup,

which would give a different flavor.

The amount of flour should not be a problem--most bread makers get

used to the right " feel " that dough has when it has enough flour in it.

When I make yeast breads I use Maple Syrup in place of honey or sugar.

You can also roll out the yeast bread and then put your spinach and

cheese in the center of the bread and roll jelly roll style. Place it

in a loaf pan and bake.

I find that when I make yeast bread it is very forgiving. I play around with

it, and I usually lose count as to how many cups of flour get added. You are

correct I do it by feel.

Sometimes, I make it a loaf, sometimes I make it into cinnamon bread, sometimes

I make it into pizza.
