All i have are breads for you. Buttermilk makes them

taste great.

Anita’s Italian Herb Bread (2lb loaf)

 

 

Ingredients

 

Buttermilk 1 ½ -1 5/8 c

 

Olive oil 2 T

 

Sugar 4 t

 

Salt 2 t

 

Bread flour 4 c

 

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2/3 c (3 OZ)

(I used kraft)

Dried Basil 1/2 t

 

Dried oregano 1/2 t

 

Yeast 2 t

 

Crust: Medium

Bake Cycle: Standard

Optional Bake Cycle: Sweet Bread; Rapid Bake

 

 

DeDe's Buttermilk Bread (2 LB loaf)

 

Ingredients

 

Buttermilk 1 1/2 to 1 5/8 c

 

Honey 1/4 c

 

Salt 2 t

 

Butter or margarine 2 T

 

Bread flour 4 c

 

Yeast 2 1/2 t

 

Place all ingredients in pan. Select light crust

setting and press start. Add more Buttermilk if

appears dry within first 5-10 minutes of kneading.

After baking cycle ends, remove from pan and cool one

hour before slicing.

 

CRUST: light

Bake Cycle: Standard

Optional Bake Cycle: Sweet Bread

 

 

Honey And Oats Bread

 

 

Ingredients

 

Old-fashioned rolled oats 2/3 c

 

Buttermilk 1 3/8-1 1/2 c

 

Egg 2

 

Honey 2 T

 

Salt 2 t

 

Whole Wheat flour 2 c

 

Bread flour 2 c

 

Yeast 2 t

 

Crust Medium

Bake Cycle Whole Wheat

Optional Bake Cycles: Standard, Sweet Bread, Rapid

Bake

 

Lorraine’s Buttermilk Rye Bread (2 lb loaf)

 

 

Ingredients

 

Buttermilk 1 3/4-1 7/8 c

 

Salt 2t

 

Butter or Margarine 2T

 

Dark Brown Sugar 3T

 

Bread flour 3 1/3 c

 

Rye flour 1 1/3 c

 

Caraway seeds 2 t

 

Yeast 3 t

 

Crust : Medium

Bake Cycle: Standard

Optional Bake cycles: Whole wheat, Sweet bread

 

 

Sunday Morning Apricot bread (2lb.loaf)

 

Ingredients

 

Old fashioned rolled oats 2/3 C

 

Buttermilk 1 1/4 to 1 3/8 c

 

Egg 1

 

Butter or Margarine 3 T

 

Apricot Preserves 6 T

 

Salt 2 t

 

Bread flour 2 2/3 c

 

Whole wheat flour 1 1/3 c

 

Vital Wheat Gluten (optional) 3 T

 

Chopped Dried Apricots 2/3 c

 

Yeast 2 t

 

Crust: Medium

Bake Cycle :Standard

Optional Bake Cycles: Whole wheat; Sweet Bread;

Raisin/Nut

 

 

Sunflower Bread (2 lb loaf)

 

Ingredient

 

Old Fashioned rolled oats 2/3 c

 

Buttermilk 3/4 c

 

Water 1/2 to 5/8 c

 

Egg 2

 

Butter or margarine 2T

 

Honey 2T

 

Molasses 4t

 

salt 2 t

 

Bread flour 3 1/3 c

 

Whole wheat flour 2/3 c

 

Raw Unsalted sunflower seeds 1/2 c

 

Yeast 2 t

 

Crust; Medium

Bake Cycle; standard

Optional Bake cycles; Whole wheat, Sweet Bread, Raisin

Tangy Buttermilk Cheese Bread (2 lb loaf)

 

 

Ingredients

 

Buttermilk 1 ¾ - 1 7/8 c

 

Sugar 2 T

 

Salt 2 t

 

Bread Flour 4 c

 

Grated Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 c (4 oz)

 

Yeast 2 t

 

Crust: light

Bake Cycle: Standard
