Do you use an egg substitute? or egg? I have been debating trying to make a

vegan cheescake....but I haven't yet....

 

Guess I should go dig in the files to see if we have any in there....

Actually I usually use the recipe out of The Farm Cookbook. It turns out pretty

good. If I were to use a traditional recipe I use an egg replacer. I haven't

done that in awhile but it turned out pretty well Judy H
