Cook a little less time if you want them to remain in individual bean shapes though. LOL Sounds like you LOVE your Pressure Cooker. Love mine too. That pressure seems to make the flavors blend together better in soups to, I have found. I love to cook Large Dry Lima Beans in it. Oh sooooo good. I make it more like a soup. Oh what a beautiful Fall day here in the Gulf Coast. It rained early this morning and every thing is gleaming, so green, the sun is shining brightly and the sky is so blue. The wind is billowing in the windows.......... Oh I love the smell of fresh air in the house. Judy JT I made pinto beans in my pressure cooker again, this batch was even better than the first batch. They even came out like refried beans. I moved the PC above #1 on my list of favorite appliances, it's something I should have purchased years ago. Donna " .
