Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Share Posted October 18, 2006 I mentioned that a few days ago, just fill up a pan with ice and put your feet in it, I also place an ice bag on the side of the head or the back of the neck. Now I ca't do this at work when one it's but this has really worked amny times in the past for me. Feel better!
